The right fit.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Eloma has been awarded with the Kitchen Innovations\u00ae Award for the new JOKER, named COMPACT PRO in North America.<\/p>\n<p>According to the KI Awards program, the JOKER is defining the gold standard of foodservice equipment innovations. The honorees are recognized as the year\u2019s most forward-thinking and cutting-edge innovations that have meaningfully improved foodservice operations. The KI Award recipients are selected by an independent panel of judges comprised of industry leaders and internationally-recognized food facility consultants, multi-unit executives, and design experts.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Cindric, president of Winsight Exhibitions, says about the award recipients: \u201cThese companies leverage technology to create products that increase efficiency, productivity, and the bottom line, which is needed now more than ever as restaurants continue to operate through the ongoing challenges brought on by the pandemic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eloma is very proud to receive this honour for their latest revolutionary product innovation. Since then, the Bavarian company has continuously developed this competence and has transferred tradition to the modern age with the launch of the new JOKER in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The width of only 52 cm, and Eloma\u2019s core values reliability, quality and user-friendliness are obviously the pillar stones also of the new compact class. These however have been complemented by modularity, capacity, flexibility and design \u2013 as the four main highlights of the new JOKER. Meaning, Eloma does not provide the customer with a standard but offers modular options and individual solutions in the configuration.
