Maisach \u2013 17. March 2020 \u2013 Eloma as one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality combi steamers and baking ovens from Maisach received the “Innovation of the Year 2020” award for the new JOKER. As a part of the “The Most Beautiful Restaurants & Bars” competition, the JOKER was recently awarded in the “Best Cooking \/ Cooking Technology” category for particularly innovative design.<\/span><\/p>\n

The jury selected a total of 44 outstanding gastronomic interior design concepts. In addition to the gastronomy makers, this competition also honors the manufacturers, without whose the ideas and skills of the companies would not have become the highlights that they are. The competition partners are the <\/span>Callwey publisher, bdia Association of German Interior Architects<\/span>, German hotel and restaurant association <\/span>e. V. (DEHOGA Federation), INTERNORGA, AMERON Hotel and Restaurant and the newspaper\/magazine AHGZ, B-EAT und Baumeister (master-builder). The jury consisted partly of these partners, supported by other experts from gastronomy and the press. <\/span><\/p>\n

As early as 1998, Eloma proved its pioneering spirit and courage when their JOKER was the first compact combi steamer to be introduced successfully to the global market. Since then, the Bavarian company has continuously developed this competence and is now transferring tradition to the modern age.<\/p>\n

The width of only 52 cm, and Eloma\u2019s core values reliability, quality and user-friendliness are obviously the pillar stones also of the new compact class. These however have been complemented by modularity, flexibility and design \u2013 as the three main highlights of the new JOKER. Meaning, Eloma does not provide the customer with a standard but offers modular options in the configuration. The customer decides what he needs, as one size does not fit all.<\/p>\n
